1st Afghanistan and Russia Bilateral Dialogue (ARD-I)

The first round of “Afghanistan and Russia Bilateral Dialogue”, being organized by the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences will be held in Moscow from 5th –7th  November, 2017.

In the first round of dialogue, officials from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, experts and officials from the Russian Federation will share their views on the expansion of relations between the two countries in political, security, economic and cultural spheres.
