On Wednesday March 17, 2021, the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) launched «Mehr» Lecture Series on Afghanistan Peace. This lecture series was inaugurated by Dr. Timo Antero Kivimäki, Professor of International Relations at the University of Bath in United Kingdome. His lecture was about "Should US/NATO Forces be Replaced by a UN Peacekeeping Mission in Afghanistan?".
