On Wednesday, 29 August 2018, Ms. Anna Gussarova, Director of the Central Asia Institute for Strategic Studies (CAISS) and Mr. Mirco Guenther Country Director Afghanistan Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) visited the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS). During this meeting, both sides exchanged views on countering violent extremism (CVE). They also discussed the importance of interregional dialogue for the peace and development in Afghanistan.
