The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the with Russia Institute of Oriental Studies.The agreement provides a framework for the two institutes’ bilateral cooperation in the areas of joint research, publications, conferences and Scholars' Exchange.
