On 12 April 2016, SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAARC CCI) delegation visited the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS). The delegation comprised of 22 high-level members of SAARC from member States, Afghanistan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Bhutan.
The purpose of this visit by SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAARC CCI) members was to visit a reputable research and think tank organization in Kabul. Director of AISS extended his warm welcome and briefed the delegates on the recent and current AISS activities.
