On the occasion of “Herat Day” and convening the international symposium on “Mīr ‘Ali-Shir Nava’i ” in Kabul, the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) releases its specially-designed Nowruz calendar. This calendar highlights important days and events of those nations and cultures that celebrate Nowruz from China, Armenia, India, Iraq to Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan and a dozens more nations.
