The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) signed a memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Regional Studies Research Institute (RSRI) of Shahid Beheshti University (SBU), based in Tehran.
The agreement provides a framework for the two institutes’ bilateral cooperation in the areas of joint research, publications, conferences and Scholars’ Exchange. The agreement was signed by the director of AISS, Dr. Moradian and Dr. Davoud Gharayagh-zandi, director of the Regional Studies Research Institute (RSRI).
